Liberia is a negro republic on the West Coast of Africa. In 1822, it was established by freed American slaves through a colonization project. The current population is approximately three million. Civil wars and mass genocide have plagued this country's people since 1989. Millions of innocent people of been brutally killed in these wars. Women, children, and the disabled suffer the most. Currently, Liberia is being plagued by the Ebola Virus crisis. Many have lost their lives and many children have been orphaned - estimated over 2,000. Our outreach is to provide rice to many who are hungry. They cannot afford to buy food. We are traveling to churches and offering our gift of song in order to raise funds to help our people. Some churches who have supported this ministry have graciously opened their hearts to us.
